About the last line:
While there is debate concerning the origin of the term "Dada", one possibility is that it means "yes, yes" in Romanian. A non-literal translation of this into English would be a sarcastic "Yeah, right..." in this way the duck can be seen to be affirming the whale's suspicion that he has, in fact, provided a dadaist response designed to ridicule the whale's bourgeoise preoccupation with the "meaning of life".
This category of response ("The meaning of life? Who cares!") fits within the spectrum of nihilism, in the sense that it rejects the idea that life has a meaning or even that it is desirable for life to have meaning.
Thus the last line shows us that while the whale is a somewhat naive absurdist the Duck is a nihilistic Dadaist who spent last night with yo momma.
